and conditions.
PRICES:
Prices and Terms are effective April 8, 2005 and are subject to change
without notice. Phone orders are subject to catalog prices. Internet
pricing might be lower in some cases.

LOT PRICING: Many items are
available "by the case" often at a savings. Call for
pricing.
PAYMENTS:
The fastest way to receive your order is to make payment by Mastercard,
Discover, Visa, American Express, money order or cashiers check. We
also accept personal checks but reserve the option to delay your order
until your personal check clears our bank. A process that can require
up to 21 business days. You will be charged all collection
fees on checks returned by our bank.
SHIPPING
OPTIONS: We offer several shipping options when time
is of the essence. We can ship your order with a guaranteed three
day delivery, two day delivery or next day delivery. We normally
ship US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation
or UPS with tracking confirmation. Steebar can also arrange special
air freight for large over seas orders. Call 908-204-0095 for details.
DELIVERY:
Unless otherwise stated, terms are FOB Peapack, NJ. Orders are shipped
via Priority mail or UPS (United Parcel Service) therefore we
must have your street address as UPS cannot deliver to a P.O.
Box. Also, a daytime telephone number will be helpful if we have a
question with your order. UPS next day & second day air service available,
call for pricing.
FREE
SHIPPING: We are pleased to continue our policy of free
shipping on prepaid orders of $200.00 (at catalog or internet pricing)
or more. Select items, as stated in our catalog or posted on our web
site, including certain internet offers, do not qualify for free shipping
(nor may the cost of those items be applied to the $200.00 minimum).
Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the original 48
states and is limited to one carton per order. If you qualify for
free shipping but your order requires more than one carton, we reserve
the option to charge shipping on the extra carton(s).
MINIMUM
ORDERS: There is no minimum order size but small orders
will be subject to minimum postage and handling charges, which may
exceed the actual value of the order..
INSURANCE:
All orders shipped by United Parcel Service are automatically insured
(at no extra cost to you) for up to $100.00 (orders sent by mail are
not insured unless requested). While UPS can confirm a lost package
within days, it has been our experience that it can require up
to six (6) months to receive payment for a lost package (maximum
of $100.00 even if your order was several times that amount). Insurance
will be added to all International orders at customers expense.

RETURNED
MERCHANDISE: Any defective merchandise will be replaced
within 10 days of notification. Write (or call) for return shipping
labels and instructions to make sure that you are properly credited.
Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Your co-operation will be very helpful to you and to us. Merchandise
returned for credit that was ordered in error may incur a re-stocking
charge.
SHORTAGES:
Before claiming a shortage, check through all packing material.
Small parts are packed in plastic bags and may accidentally be discarded
with the packing material. All claims must be made
within seven (7) days. A telephone call is sufficient. We are not
responsible for mistakes on verbal orders.

All sales are final No Returns
GUARANTEE:
Every item (excluding printed materialand factory installed batteries) sold by www.Steebar.com,
LLC is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied just call
or write within 7 days of receipt. We will issue an exchange, replacement
or catalog credit. All merchandise returned must be shipped prepaid.
We must receive the returned merchandise before adjustments will be
made.
